DLZ342, a new display, data logger, zoning system

SMIE introduces a new concept in the market, the DLZ342, which simplifies work on site, while offering several features: display, recording, and zoning. A 3 in 1 which increases productivity and safety.

DLZ342: the crane operator’s display unit
Installed in the cabin, the DLZ342 provides the crane operator with all the information needed:
  • Date and time
  • Load weight
  • Moment
  • Slewing angle
  • Trolley radius
  • Hook height
  • Rail travelling
  • Wind speed
  • Luffing jib angle
  • Reeving

DLZ342: the  mémory of the crane
The DLZ342, records important crane data:
  • Nummber of hours that the crane has been working.
  • Total accumulated load lifted by the crane
  • Analysis of lifting cycles
  • Details of the 10 last lifting cycles
  • The last 2000 recorded events
Data logged by the DLZ342 can be transferred to a computer by using a USB flash key.

Data is presented in the form of spreadsheets and graphics, making it easy to analyse on a desktop computer through MS-Excel.

DLZ342: zoning safety
The DLZ342 also integrates a system of work zone limitation management, which is easily programmable.

Ideal for an isolated crane which does not need a complete anti-collision/zoning system, the DLZ342 is very easy to program thanks to graphic display of the site and prohibited zones.
